1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Mr. Ernie's Music Factory, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership & Billing

Paid memberships are billed monthly ($2.49) or annually ($25) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

Content, including comments, must not be abusive, hateful, spam, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms, per our community guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All songs, videos, artwork, and other content on the platform are owned by Mr. Ernie's Music Factory or its licensors. Downloads are for personal, offline listening within the app only and may not be redistributed.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Ernie's Music Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
