We collect account information (name, email, profile photo) through our authentication provider, Clerk; billing information through our payment processor, Stripe (we never store full card numbers ourselves); and usage data such as songs played, playlists created, favorites, and comments, used to power features like your Daily Playlist and Recently Played history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and improve the service: authenticate you, process subscriptions, personalize recommendations, moderate community content, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to operate the platform — Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), AWS (media storage and delivery), and analytics providers (PostHog, Google Analytics) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from Settings. You may request a full export or deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@mrerniesmusicfactory.com.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics) to understand how the product is used and improve it.

6. Children's Privacy

Mr. Ernie's Music Factory is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
